I set up this practice with an aim to provide specialist online therapy for adults with chronic health conditions who want to reach their full potential and reclaim happiness.
Having worked in senior NHS roles for many years, I am also available to provide supervision and training to HCPC registered healthcare professionals

● Sarah has practised as a Clinical Psychologist since 2005
● Sarah specialises in adult medical psychology
● Sarah offers tailored CBT, ACT, CFT and mindfulness based therapies
● Sarah holds a Stage 1 Qualification in Sport and Exercise Psychology from the British Psychological Society and is an Honorary Fellow at Staffordshire University.
● Sarah is registered with major health insurers including BUPA and AXA Health.
